About Us Phone Buddies is an offering of the Bliss Wellness health and wellness information company. The founder of Bliss Wellness has been an M.A. level counselor for 9 years and made her start as a crisis line volunteer at Parental Stress Services in Oakland, CA before going on to achieve her M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology at the CA Institute of Integral Studies. At Bliss Wellness, we are always looking for new ways to bring happiness, health, wealth and overall wellness into the lives of as many people as possible, and to support themselves in the process. We believe that if people can make it in this world by pursuing nothing but selfish aims, surely it must be possible to focus first and foremost on providing real value in people's lives and still be able to succeed as a business.

In addition to offering the Phone Buddies and Phone Sisters emotional support communities to the public free of charge, Bliss Wellness also supports a number of charities, including Ukimwi Orphans Assistance, and provides various types of support to a number of up-and-coming associations, agencies, and organizations that aim to help people in their own unique and creative ways.
